Descripción

This position will be in charge of developing the new global area to serve all blade factories in terms of lean manufacturing techniques, new products introduction and new implementations.

- Lean tools implementation in all factories: 5s, visual management, TPM, CT analysis, VSM and standardization (process and amongst factories).

- Support to new factories and new product introduction on existing ones.

- Coordinate and develop a team to cover worldwide company needs.
